Because of the economy, I know a lot of rescues and humane groups are struggling. So I'm looking into more ways we can offer more scholarships to rescue groups that may not be able to afford the membership fee right now. The goal is to get large corporate sponsorship, so I can give away memberships to rescues that really need the information we provide.
Before I can start approaching sponsors, however, I need to know exactly what you really need and want. I plan to do a survey of our members, but those of you who read this blog also may have valuable input. If you've ever thought about being a member, but ruled it out because you can't afford it now, or for some other reason, please let me know your thoughts.
The bottom line is, what do you need and how can we help? Let me know. I'm open to any and all ideas.
